I'm a Technical Support Engineer with a passion for keeping production systems alive and performant. Currently at CredAble, I provide L1/L2 support for business-critical applications in 24×7 environments — because downtime costs money and trust.

Before that, I spent 2 years at Reliance Industries Limited monitoring 200+ servers with 99.98% uptime, slashing MTTR by 25% and saving ~2 hours per shift through automation scripts.

I graduated from University of Mumbai with a B.Sc. in Information Technology, CGPA 9.0. When I'm not staring at dashboards, I'm writing shell scripts to make sure I don't have to stare at dashboards.
